The Tech, Without the Fluff
Here’s the thing about the 3-phase design: it spreads the electrical load across three lines. That means each leg carries less current than a single-phase setup. Less strain on the wiring. Simpler installation. And because most industrial plants run on 400V, you can run this heater at a much higher wattage without pushing the amps through the roof. The 300mm length keeps the heat focused, giving you a predictable, concentrated hot spot right where you need it.
What It’s Made Of
The quartz envelope can handle rapid temperature swings without cracking. And the halogen gas inside keeps the filament stable, so the output stays consistent over time. A reflective coating pushes infrared energy forward, which means more of the heat goes where you want it and less is wasted. The R7s connector? It’s a direct, drop-in fit that locks the element in place and keeps the connection solid. You wire it up fast, and you don’t have to worry about hot spots forming at the terminals.
Where It Shines
This heater was born for industrial work that needs fast heat-up and precise control—think PET blowing and other thermal forming processes. That high heat density lets you shrink the footprint, but it does demand proper cooling. You need to make sure your machine’s airflow and thermal management are up to the task, or you risk overheating nearby components. For the engineers on the floor, the payoff is clear: reliable heat, tough construction, and far fewer failures out in the field.
