Materials and the Thought Behind Them
The tube has a quartz envelope filled with halogen. That combo keeps the filament stable and stops the glass from darkening over time. So the output stays steady, day after day. We added a reflective coating on the back. It pushes more infrared forward, so less heat goes to waste. Efficiency gets a real boost. And the R7s connector? It’s a proven industrial fit. It gives you a solid, reliable connection and makes replacement simple. Once it’s wired in, it stays put—even when the plant floor is vibrating.
