Inside, it’s a halogen-filled, high-purity quartz tube. It’s made to handle thermal shock and stay steady through long runs. The coating helps it stand up to the chemicals in the blowing environment and keeps hot spots from forming. And the R7s connector? That’s a smart mechanical choice. It gives you a solid two-contact connection that stays aligned and handles vibration better than standard clips. That means fewer failures from hot spots, and wiring that’s cleaner and easier on the machine.
